Splitting stacked singles

I have a Fender HM Strat with HSS layout and a 2 way mini toggle for coil splitting. Would it be possible to wire the middle and neck stacked singles for coil splitting, or all three pickups to the one 2 way mini toggle? I am borderline disabled when it comes to understanding wiring so explain it like you would to a small child or golden retriever. Pickups in the guitar are Parallel Axis Distortion Stacked Strat Plus in the middle and Vintage Hot Stacked in the neck.

The switch would only allow 2 pickups at the most to be split at once. But honestly, you won't gain much tone-wise by splitting the 2 singles, unless you are combining one of the humbucker coils with top coil of one of the singles.

They wouldn't be separate, though, right?
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here. I'm assuming a standard 5-way switch. So, if you flip the toggle, you'd have the normal 5 positions, but each pup would be split when it was selected. You'd just be using a toggle rather than that diagrams push-pull.

Right, but they can't be individually split with that scheme, right?

Yes. I see what you mean. It's all or nothing. But to split them individually, you'd need two SPST switches, and the 5-way.

SPDT or DPDT would work. You just be wasting part of the switch.

Yeah, I think we were thinking the same thing. My communication needs work.
