is it just me or are these better epiphones than even epiphone is making? and cheaper at that

The 24's are nice, but do yourself a favor and try out the old MIK DeArmonds that the Squires are based on. Much cooler stuff, IMHO>

ehh, i'm not a big gibson or gibson copy guy

the closest thing i'd play to one is a toronado

That's OK, the DeArmonds were Guild copies, not Gibson copies. They made a Bluesbird copy with a Bigsby, silver sparkle finish, and a pair of DeArmond 2K single coils. It was like a poor man's Gretsch Sparkle Jet. :burnout:

yeah but what do they sell for?

and are they singles or soapbars? this will determine whether i'd go for a hot rail/mini 59 combo or p-90's
