Squire Bullet Bass question

I've been thinking about aquiring a bass guitar lately. Can you tell me anything about old Sqiure Bullet bas , probably early '80 with tele-type neck with silver star logo and slightly undersized body(i think - i've seen it only on photos) and i think it absolutely stock
