Ok, just came back from a "rehearsal" its just me and my bro at this point, the "writing process." Now, love my transistor box - 15 watter Kustom and love my Spina TS9, the way I ran it is guitar->TS9->BadHoarsie->CS9chorus->Kustom. Once I turn it up for some metal ballsiness, TS9 gets really noisy this really yacky static buzz/hum, now, is that a natural side effect of TS9 multiplied by some SS issues, or is it something that ISP/NS-2 will take care of?

You could try a noise suppressor if you want. I would start by trying not to max out any parameter. If necessary, a heavier distortion pedal might help, since cool overdrive pedals (with boutique-grade modifications) don't usually sound that great with solid state amps, unless you can find an interesting blend of pedal and amp fuzziness.

I knew it, transistor boxes .... its a bit noisy with my Laney too, but not nowhere near the way it is with Kustom. So you don't think ISP/NS2 is going to take care of it?

Do you use the Morley with a regulated power supply(morley/boss) or with some cheapo wall-adapter? Their pedals need the regulated supply or they'll produce exactly the kind of noise you described.

As my life was not complicated enough yet..... you think it could be Morley? its after the TS9 not before .... and amp really quites down(all there is still a little) if I just turn the TS9 off ... but anyways, I ran my Hoarsie now on battery. How expensive are these regulated power supplys that work for Morleys?

ok, it's not the morley, they run quiet with both regulated power supply or battery

I just push with TS9 my gain is on 2.

Try playing through your rig with one pedal hooked up at a time. This will lead you to the noise culprit. Oh yeah, first plug the guitar straing into the amp, and see how much noise you get. If you can attribute the noise to a single effect, getting a Boss NS-2 will help with that. If it is a combination of your effects which is creating the noise, either the NS-2, the Decimator, or any quality noise suppressor should work.
