STC-3M3 Basslines 3-band Preamp

I bought this for a parts bass I put together, but I decided to go passive with. The STC-3M3 has never been installed or used, but I opened the box and it's sat around for awhile gathering dust so it doesn't look new. I also used up a piece of the velcro that comes with it. Everything else is there, including the knobs and pots.

Whenever I ship internationally, it tends to run 35-40$. I think that's because they make me use Express since USPS won't do tracking numbers for anything else and I've been iffy about sending stuff without one. If you're ok with paying $40 for shipping upfront, I can refund you the difference between that and the actual cost once it's shipped. I can ship it first class as long as you're ok with no tracking. I'll also bump 5$ off the original price of the preamp since that included domestic shipping. So let's say 45$ + 40$ shipping (less refund)?
