Sterling by Music Man Silo 3, anyone tried one of these?

Yeah, I've played one. I thought it was pretty rad. Especially for $200 new, you know? This is coming from an LTD/Epiphone guy. I'd buy one, if I had use for it.

I've played one also. Certainly wouldn't call it a bad guitar at all.

I've heard it's very playable, might want to change the pickups, but for a $200 gtr, seems pretty sweet.

I had a Silo 30, the slightly more expensive one, for a spell. I was intending to use it as a backup to my Silhouette Special. I couldn't get the thing to stay in tune, which is the kiss of death - sold it shortly thereafter. Guess I'm spoiled by the USA stuff.

I have a southeast asian friend, who uses one 6 days a week at one of the local Shanghai clubs.

I have played it and while the cost is very low, it play nice and has fairly good useable tone out of it, which did surprise me a bit.
