Still Hunting

well i am back again, this is what i still got on my plate for guitars, i am looking at the godin LG P90, i have played it but through a crappy amp, and now i am looking at a plain old les paul of sorts(epiphone, or some copy) i liked the sound of the LG P90 even through the crap amp we will see, now can someone recommend me an amp 1x12 or 2x12 for under 750 canadian with a sabbath-y tone like a darker sound...... all suggestions welcome


P.S if any one has read my last post( P90's VS HMB) i am looking for my "own" tone of sorts it will be my second guitar and amp, i like the sounds of P90's but need to play them through a good amp.....

big_black there sound is quite amazing, so much bite i love the sound of em, i will be playing the LGP90 on monday for the second time on a good amp probably.

P.S have you ever played the OLP axis? are they any good? i really like the look of them, would they be worth it to buy and swap out pickups?
