Re: Stoner Rock / heavy rock pedalboard thread

Nice thread . . . sadly i do not have an image of my 'current' board.

Seeing as i do not gig, i chop-an-change my board on a regular basis.
Currently, the only two items that are constantly on the board is my Black Arts Toneworks Pharaoh & RE-20.

Saying that, it always looks something like this :

Guitar --->wah --->fuzz --->fuzz --->OD or boost --->vibe --->delay (stereo out) a---> in stereo '66 Bassman
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------b---> in stereo Thunderverb

How's that Tera Echo working for you ?

Its a great pedal! very cool infinite sustain when you hold the pedal down and you can solo over it and the effect itself is very modulated and has an envelope on the repeats for a pretty unique echo/delay. I dig it!

Also nice set up , can't go wrong with the Pharaoh and RE-20 .. I have been gassing for a RE-20 for awhile but am pretty satisfied with my Visual Sound Axle Grease delay for slapback sounds and long analog delays.

Don't miss it ?

I might miss it more if I had been playing with good musicians in the first place. The band has just stagnated to the point where I can't take it anymore. I might revisit it in a few years with different musicians.

I have two of those same Spectraflex cables. I love them, they're great quality and won't give up.

That Traynor cab is too small for stoner/doom music. You need something that a single person could never hope to lift on their own or is so obscenely large that it will slaughter the first three rows and lay waste to panties everywhere by virtue of its size alone.
