hi all.:beerchug:
need help with a twin tube classic(SFX-03) strange noise.
i looked in the forum and google and couldn't find a similar problem.
the pedal was bought 2 months ago.
when using the lead channel and putting the volume a bit up i get this strange sort of repeated noise.
it's hard to describe.
it's not a hum or a buzz.
there is a sort of a low volume ring and a repeating noise in a constant intervals.
it's like the ac frequency but i'm not sure.
i tried 3 different cables and three different amps.
it happens in all of them
the phenomenon happens also when the guitar volume is down.
i noticed that when i cover the jack of the input cable with my hand the noise disappears.
also when i cover the effect the noise seems to get lower.
i contacted a week ago to Seymour Duncan customer support and got no reply till now.
please help!
can't really rock properly!!
i uploaded a sample of the noise:

any ideas?
