hey all, i was wondering if you all had any tips or special setups for strat 2 point sync trem brides to improve tuning stability because as soon as i touch mines a little i can hear the diference.. its not much sometimes but i notice it and it tends to anoy me
i want to be able to use it and maybe give a few dive bombs if i feel like it without it sounding like crap after (i know its possible, jsut look at hendrix or blackmore
)
It used to be set up with 3 springs i added 2 more and it helped but i stil cant realy use it without it falling out of tune.. i seen and heared a few stuff like seting it at a near 45 degree angle or seting it so it rest on the guitar, increasing string gage, or adding a trem-setter (not sure how that works but ive seen some) i seen stuff to like only puting 4 springs (in this order X0XXX) or blocking the trem with a wood block but i think thats just to lock the bridge in place so has nothing to do with what i want. Ofcourse theres always the good old Floyd Rose wich would be the "best" but its not what i want on this guitar, plus it would remove the vintage look and i dont feel like rerouting my first guitar to install one lol thanks
