Invader Bridge / '59 Neck
Fender LSR Roller Nut (soon to also have sperzel locking tuners)
Fender Deluxe Series Alder body
Fender Standard 21 Fret Maple Neck w/ Maple Fretboard
Ernie Ball USA 3 way switch
Fender 500K Volume pot & Tone pots (2)
Fender Black Aluminum Engine Turned Pickguard
GHS Progressives Dave Mustaine Signature guage strings
Dunlop Strap Locks

Great cleans, Rockin' rhythms, and searing leads from both humbuckers.
The '59 is brighter than the Invader, without a doubt, but I use that to my advantage, the tone knobs and 3 way switch help get a great variety of sounds for this guitar.
This is one of the best guitars I have ever owned, it sounds and feels great!

***Thank you to: dd12939 for the '59 and
Thanks to JB_From_Hell for the Invader &
Thanks to Stratcat for the pickguard! You guys rock. :headbang:

Thanks, I definetly noticed that the roller nut it helps it stay in tune when I use the whammy bar, but I'm gonna be putting on some Sperzel locking tuners, both for ease of string changes and extra tuning stability.

very nice fiddle you got there kac. i'm diggin the color with that pickguard.

Re: Strat From Hell Done - PICS - SD Pups! Check it out

Very nice job. I really like the black on black/pewter look with HBs -- more than the white on white double Fat Strat look.

I'm thinking that an aged white or pearl pg with zebra pickups (black bobbins at the extremes) might work with my Surf Pearl/maple Texas Special Strat.

That looks great bro! I like that pickguard a lot, it seems to react to light really well.

I think Dave Murray's double fat strat white on black is my favorite double fat strat. It will be my next strat (after CE 22).

Very nice...I was THIS close to using an Invader in my double-fat :D

Man, that's the coolest looking Invader I've ever seen! :D

Looks even better with strings, man!

Daves strats are by far the best humbucker sound ever achieved out of a strat. That '57 strat is a beauty, simple and classic in appearance. Love the hot rails tone lately though. Though I'm wondering if for the tour this summer where they'll be playing all old stuff if he should bring out that old '57 strat again! THAT would be sweet!

Man, the invader look really works like that!
Hell yeah, I think it all came together quite nicely. I'm digging it for sure. I've got a couple more pedals coming my way I can't wait to see how they're gonna work out with this new set-up.
Everything seems to be shaping up fairly nicely for the show I set up here for Friday the 13th (May) it should be a very unholy death metal rockin' good time!

Rock On :firedevil
