Strat hardware - compatibility questions

I just sold a bunch of stuff and am overhauling my Strat. It's a highway one HSS, 2007 I think but I'm not positive.

I already got the pickups and pickguard, I want to put locking tuners and a new bridge on as well, the only problem is I'm not sure what will fit and what won't.

These are the two bridges I am looking at

The only problem is I don't know what the bridge spacing on the guitar or the bridges and I don't want to wast $100 on something that won't fit my guitar.

Next is the tuners, I want staggered locking ones so I can ditch my string trees, but I've got the same issue...I'm not sure how big the holes are.

So will this crap fit my guitar? All the different dimensions are really unclear and I'd like to order this stuff asap!

The second bridge I own and think is fabulous. There are some design elements that make it superior to stock vintage "Fender" trems, such as the elongated screw hole edges and knife-edge angle. The pop-in arm is great. I recommend it but I don't know for sure if your Highway 1 is Mexican-spaced or not. If it's the narrower-spacing, you'll have to fill the old holes and re-drill. You might do as astrozombie said and replace the saddles and maybe even block (if it's zinc), before worrying about the bridge.
