Op is fine now and I commented prev. and didn't mention it but...

Rose Buff Beauties are the perfect solution for a still "vintage voiced" hot single coil; I have a set wount to 11k bridge/~9k neck, they're hot enough to "keep up" and push my Silverface Champ, but still sound very vintage, scooped and not rolled-off/boomy at all.

and the cs69 is not hot at all. pretty low output and scooped
