Strat necks

When did the price on strat necks go through the roof?!!? I've been looking for necks to go on the 1996 MIM strat that I have. A few months ago you could pick up a neck for just over $100. Now it seems like closer to $200 is the norm. I just want a good MIM neck that doesn't have a vintage radius.

an unfinished neck from warmoth could probs run right about in between 100 & 200$

Yeah there you go. 157 for a standard maple/rosewood, or maple/maple neck. nothing special.

keep lookin, I got a MIM all maple strat neck for $120 back when I started building my Jolly Roger.

I would take a Warmoth neck over a standard MIM just based on quality.

Warmoth strat necks are no better than MIM necks, Standard Strats are well made.
