Well, after a wild goose chase to find pickup mounting screws/springs, the body is FINALLY done. Who knew that would be the hardest part to acquire? I place the blame on a few fools at the local shops, and the US postal system (priority mail shipping from a neighboring state shouldn't take a week or more).
I also had to bore out the knob for the blender pot just a bit, as it's a completely solid shaft with no splines, something I'd personally never seen before. After discovering I had the tone control working backwards and fixing that, all the electronics seem to functioning perfectly. That just leaves the neck, which should be done this coming week. I've been told all it needs now is to have the fretboard radiused, frets installed, and final hand sanding.
