Strat PU covers question

I just picked up a set of Fralin Vintage Hot Strat PU's without covers and I need to know what size and where I can get correctly fitting ones? I've got a few Dimarzio ones that came off a set of VV's and they are too deep. I've also got a cheap set of Mighty Mite's that I took a cover from to try and the holes don't line up. So what's the deal? Why all the variations? Where do I find the right ones? And yes, I will email Fralin for advice as well.

The VV covers are made for stacked single coils so they have to be deeper. Can't explain the Mighty Mite cover, Strat pole spacing is pretty much universal, so covers from Allparts or Guitar Jones or Black Rose or any other reputable parts vendor should work fine.
