strat setup

i'm trying to setup my MIM strat, and having some issues. I have always taken my strat to a guy to get it set up. I don't have any problems with guitars with a fixed bridge (my LP) but I'm just NOT GETTING THE STRAT RIGHT. the trem is really causing me problems for some reason.

strat guys: if you were changing string guage, what order do you make your adjustments in?
