Strat wiring -- all three pickups?

Is there a way to wire a strat so that the middle position activates all three pickups instead of just the middle one? Can this be done without a push/pull or blender pot? Or would I need a super switch to accomplish this?

Or you could tele switch it and wire two of the pickups to one switch position to have something like...
Pos1: N+M
Pos2: N+M+B
Pos3: B
But that's not quite as practical as a super switch.

It's not a particularly great tone (all three pickups on I mean)...but you can easily get it by replacing one tone control with a Fralin Blender Pot.
