I'm always confused by the different modified models, like the Henderson etc. I've always been intrigued by the amps, but I'd love it if there were a dealer than had ALL the amps lined up, so I could nail down the perfect one.
To be honest, I'd love to open a Los Angeles based amp store, complete with all the models from a select number of boutique companies. I think about it all the time, because there's nobody really doing it. The closest is Trutone and Westwood Music.
The problem is that most of them don't stock all the models, but just do pre paid orders.
Imagine a store that did nothing but the very hippest amps, plus amp repair, and that's it. Bogner, Bad Cat, Tone King, Divided by 13, Cornford, Suhr, 65 Amps, Matchless, and a few others...but have a showroom with ALL models.
