Suhr HSS wiring question

I have a Suhr HSS pre-made harness from the 920D Custom Shop. Going to use a Custom 5 and a neck and middle SSL1. The middle tone pot which I assume is assigned to the humbucker, has a .047 cap on it. I am not very fond of that cap and would prefer a .022 cap. If I swap the .047 for the .022, will it affect anything else in the wiring scheme or just the middle tone pot? I understand how the wiring scheme works in general but not sure the exact cause and effect of the particular cap on that tone pot.

Are you sure the end volume isn't for the bridge? That's where it usually is.

Well I posted this prematurely. After some more research I stumbled across the information I needed. I was wrong about pot assignment. The .047 cap is on the tone pot assigned to the single coils. Its the tone knob directly next to the volume pot. I will be swapping out that tone cap...just not a big fan of the .047. I find it too dark.
