The foundation of this build is a 2001 Fender MIM Sonic Blue relic body (im pretty sure on the color). Add a brand new, tinted nitro sprayed and reliced Allparts FAT 50s neck....AND Fender Custom Shop Twisted Tele pickups.....and you have an incredible TELE!!!!

Completely rewired with CTS 250k pots and a NOS Russian PIO cap!

Tweed hard case included!!!

This baby has incredible tone! It plays superbly well!

i think that's ice blue metallic. sonic blue is flat & a bit of a different shade.

Just a bit of trivia. It was originally called Blue Ice Metallic by Ford, and by Fender. At some point in the modern era, Fender butchered their own color name, changing it to Ice Blue Metallic. That re-ordered name has stuck at Fender ever since, so it's pretty well set in stone now. It's how most people refer to it these days. But if referring to it on a vintage-correct reproduction, it should be called Blue Ice Metallic. It's one of my favorite old Fender colors, if not the best IMO.
