Super switch wiring for Strat / Neck and Bridge (Tele tones)

Recently picked up a grigsby super switch for my strat to give me some more flexibility in my wiring and tone options. I would like to set it up to offer Bridge - Mid/Br - Neck/Br - Neck/mid - neck. Diagrams are out there, but I haven’t found one super clear to understand on my end. Any help would be appreciated.
