Do you guys think the Suhr Riot and Shiba Drive pedals would be an upgrade from the MI Audio Crunchbox and Blues Pro pedals, repsectively?

I prefer the Riot over the Crunchbox. Can't say anything about the Shiba vs Blues Pro.

The Riot/Shiba are nice pedals. They do their intended job well -no excuses.

Cant comment on the other 2 boxes. Thing is the OP can only make the decision as to what is better for his app for himself. They're certainly worth trying out.

I never tried Riot/Shiba but the MI Audio pedals are really really great.
