Talk to me about the SM-3 Seymourized Mini

Hey everybody.

I'm just fishing for thoughts/ideas experience with the above-mentioned pickup. I'm looking to beef up the bridge position of my LP Deluxe and it sounds like it may fit the bill. I like the sound of the stock minis, but could use a little more mids and output in the bridge. I listened to the sound clip and it seems to sound good.. although I never can tell 100% with those clips...

Also - if you know of other brands that might fit the bill, that's cool too. I'm open to ideas.

Thanks,
- Cheeze

if a little more mids and output is what you want without drasticly changing the tone go for it. thats hands down my favorite mini for the bridge

I think I asked this already (and the answer is "yes"), but can the Custom Shop make an SM-3 with no "S" stamp and with adjustable poles?
