TB-4 JB with Covers, is it already out?

I'm not sure if this topic had been discussed before and the SD website still says "For immediate Release". Did they came out to the market already? I've been waiting for the TB-4 JB and Jazz in Nickel Covers to come out for a while now. Thanks.
