TB-6 in an Agathis body

Anyone have one of these? Would the highs be too peircing in this kind of body? I was considering either a TB-6, a Parallel Axis Distortion Trembucker, or possibly a Dimarzio X2N. I definitely love the highs, but I'd like to have a nice punchy bass to balance it out a bit. I'm looking for a great pickup that can sing during leads and play tight rhythm... any of these pickups I mentioned better than the other, or am I better of trying something else? Thanks! I play a melodic power metal style (helloween, gamma ray, etc.)

I have an ESP LTD M-200FM, with a maple neck/rosewood fretboard, 24 XJ frets. The Amp I have is a Spider II 212 150 Watt Combo

It should work, but I preffer the SH5 Custom myself.
