TB6 and SH10

Hi all,

I`m a newbie at this forum, then I`m sorry for my mistakes.

I`m from Brazil and I`m using a custom made guitar from a Brazilian luthier called Cheruti. All of you can see it at http://ivovasconcelos.shutterfly.com/

This guitar is made by a mahogany body with an exotic brazilian wood called canjerana (sorry, i don`t know the english name for it) on top and its scale is made by jacaranda (brazilian rosewood). It also has gotoh floyd rose and tuner machines.

Nowadays I`m using a TB6 (duncan distortion) on bridge position (I love it, has a very good clean sound and a really heavy, warm and fat sound when using any kind of distortion), but on neck position I`m using a SH1 (59 model).

For a long time I was really in love with 59, but now I`m tired of it.
I`m thinking in change the 59 for a Full Shred for neck position.
I`m looking for a pickup with those features:

* More output than 59;
* More defined sound than 59;
* Good sustain;
* Good clean sound;
* A good pair for my Duncan Distortion;
* More hi-end than 59, but with good low end as well;
* Modern sound;
* Good for shred :-)

I`m a hobist and I use to play with some friends.
As usual I play musics like Dokken, Whitesnake, Ozzy, Van Halen, Rush, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Yes and others like that.

What are you guys think about it?
Will Full Shred for neck attent my requirements?

I`m sory for my english mistakes and a too long text!

Thanks for all help.

Best Regards and rock and roll

Re: TB6 and SH10

Actually yes, I think you would like it very much. I use a Full shred neck and bridge in my Gibson Explorer. It sounds better than a '59 IMO. Great cleans, articulate leads, warm and buttery.
