Tele 5 way 1 single coil, 1 humbucker (at neck)

Hi!
I am just about to finish my second self made telecaster and I decided to load it with a humbucker at the neck and a classic tele single coil at the bridge.
I found this wiring diagram in the net but not at all in the Support section of the seymour duncan Support area. It looks like an orignial seymour duncan wiring diagram.
The Problem is that I can not read which capacity the capacitors should have - the Resolution on the diagram I found is just too bad.

Does anybody have a link to the "orignial" wiring diagram or do you know which capacitors I should use?

That is obviously not a stock SD diagram.

It appears that someone has taken this diagram...
