Tele Lead: Hot Tapped vs. Vintage Stack

Which tele lead pup can do the most traditional tele sound but also split to cover more humbucker-ish territory? The tapped Hot lead or the vintage stack? Thanks

The Hot Lead has enough output and thickness to keep up with 'buckers when running with a full coil, but it still sounds very much like a single.

The vintage stack won't do you any good split. It's designed to get vintage Tele tone with no hum.

In addition to the Hot tapped, I'd look into the Hot Rails, which can be split for a single-coil sound. The Quarter Pound tapped might be a good choice too.
