Hello,
greetings after some time. I would like to ask for a piece of advice. I want to have a custom guitar made with the following pickups: Tele rhythm in the neck, a Strat in the middle, and a HB in the bridge. I want the Tele N and Strat M pickups to be in phase and hum cancelling when on together. I want to use an Alnico 2 Pro Tele Neck pickup, that's a given. The guitar will be an ash body, maple bolt-on neck affair with a 24.75 neck scale.
What Strat pickup do I use to make the N+M combo in phase and hum cancelling? Standard or RW/RP?
