Tele pick-up in a G&L Legacy

Hi, I want to change the neck pick-up on my G&L Legacy because I find it too bright. After listening to many audio samples on the Seymour Duncan site, I found that the pick-ups I liked the most were the APTR-1 and the STR-1, whch are both Telecaster pick-ups. Can they be installed on a Legacy?

If not what pick-up would be as warm an be suitable ?

How about an APS-2? Or an Antiquity Texas Hot neck pickup? Those would be my two recommendations. Alnico 2...smooth treble and more mids.
