Tele Players!!!

Hey

I was wondering if Fender produces a single humbucker Telecaster? If not what will I have to do to make a single bridge humbucker tele? If you have made one or have a picture of someone who has please post it. I will be making this into a punk/metal tele, if anything. Thanks!

Hi,

Look for Fender Celtic Telecaster. This link is in French but you get the idea. http://www.guitare.com/celtic.htm
It was produced in 2003 but I believe you may be able to find one now even if they're not made anymore.

fender made this guitar a few years back. It's called a Fender Esquire Custom GT. MF blew them out at $299 and I picked 1 up..... although i sold it rather quickly. It was a nice guitar that came stock with a Duncan Invader.... the reason I sold it was because the neck was just too thin for me.

Just get a regular Tele, but get an uncut pickguard which will cover up the neck pickup.

Routing out the bridge for a humbucker is no big deal & they sell humbucker bridges or get a hipshot.
