Tele wiring assistance

I have a tele that has a three way switch and was fine. I didn't like the neck pickup so i got a rio grande vintage tallboy classic neck. It sounds great now in the neck and the bridge still good!

The problem: When in the middle position the volume output is less and just seams weak? What is wrong? It seems as the bridge isn't hardly putting out either in that position

they are wired out of phase .. reverse the wiring of one of them ... if the neck pup is covered, i think it is preferred to reverse the bridge instead of the neck
