In a month or two I will be building a new Warmoth Tele. Maple neck and mahogany body. The bridge pickup will be the STK-T2b and the neck will have an SM-3 in it. I'm looking for opinions as far as 3-, 4-, or 5-way switches and I would like to find a use for the Fender S1 switch just because I think it's pretty cool. I haven't actually heard the pickups in person, just a bunch of random Youtube videos; but I think I will like them and I'm going to buy them either way. I just want to know if anyone else has them and knows what ways they sound best and/or would sound best in what switching configurations. Any suggestions are welcomed. Oh, and I'm not looking for any EXACT sounds, I just LOVE the way anything that sounds halfway decent sounds. Versatility would be awesome, but I don't expect it. I've been out of guitar for a while and just wanted a big, awesome project to get back into playing.
