How does the Bill Lawrence sound in the middle of that first one? Middle humbuckers really intrigue me because they seem so wrong, but they hit my inner gear hipster. ('Noone does that, it must be awesome!')

Re: Teles.............Done My Way

The Bill Lawrence uses ceramic magnets and is a bold choice when combining with the P90s. But when you use it by itself....stand back because it will cut through the mix. This guitar sounds excellent. Most of my builds utilize unusual combinations of pickups so that right in the middle of a song or solo,, bam.....it sounds like you immediately and magically plugged in and changed guitars.
