I wonder that noone mentioned the Stag Mag! (when splitted)
That was my second impression, when i installed a humbucker for the very first time.
I was amazed how fat a strat can sound (at this time i never heard a humbucker!), but then i discovered that the quack of the m/b pickups has gone, which was my favorite pickup position for playing clean.
