Textured black neck plate?

I am looking for a black textured powder-coated Strat neck plate like in the picture. The picture is mine, and for the life of me, I can't figure out where I got it. Anyone have any ideas? I guess I should have bought 2.

That's close, but does look more smooth. I was able to find this place, but they are out of stock. They have to buy them from somewhere.

Maybe a 3d printed plastic one would work

Or one of the more ornate ones I see, might catch your eye

Been digging around on there today. Man, people make some really ugly neck plates. Upon further digging, the company that I linked to above that had them but not in stock has a Reverb page, and their page states that they make them on demand. So I have a message out to them.

Certainly a possibility. It doesn't feel like powder coating, though, but that we'll see if I resort to that.

Yeah, but as paint, it doesn't quite feel the same. I'd be willing to try, though. The people who I bought the last one from...was G&L Guitars, so I don't think that is a possibility now.

This will get you what you want and will bond well to metal. Clear coat if you want it to last forever.

I'd be careful trying to DIY it. Anytime you are working to build something that's hard to find online, you run the risk of having other musicians thinking you're a pretty cool guy
