Thanks Seymour Duncan - Support!!

Just wanted to give the Support staff at SD a Shout out. I got a JB from Victor Litz and when I put it in my guitar is sounded horrible. Tried to take it back and they said No!

Called SD and they replaced no questions asked - the pup had been wired out of phase and sounded lousy!!

That's awesome. To many bigger companies don't give a crap about their products once it leaves their warehouse. Thankfully Seymour Duncan isn't one of them, and that is why I won't use anything but Seymour Duncan pickups. I guess that makes me a Seymour Duncan snob, oh well. I've called and e-mailed the support staff several times and they get me the right answer right away. Hats of to you guys, and many thanks.
