That Green Burst Les Paul? Who sent that back???

Yeah, but 9.9 lbs. That's like my '94 Standard. It's a heavy bugger at a 2-3 hour gig, even with a comfortable wide weight-distributing strap.

Yeah, some of those Norlins can be insanely heavy. I know someone with a late 70s LP Artist, and it is just under 14lbs.

My first LP was over 11 pounds. Played great. Sounded great. Killed my neck. After 2 sets I was done.

That's why the guitars I build now all weigh less that 7 pounds, most just about 6 lbs. I have one that is even LESS than 6 pounds.

I like the sound of that!

I am 56 years old, have arthritis in my spine and ankles, wear costumes on stage, do YJM poses, Scorpions synchro swaying, guitar lifts, and high kicks for 4 hrs.

I probably wear 2lbs of hair...and play Dean Cadillacs, so think minimum 9lbs of guitar.

Seriously, you guys NEED to hit the gym. I'm worried for your health.

It was a car accident that messed up my back. I was hit by a driverless truck flying across the parking lot.
