Here's the back story...
I think that the guy selling that guitar bought a cheap Strat copy several years ago and paid $49 for it. He wanted to make it look like a genuine Strat. So he went on ebay and bought some replacement decals, sanded down the headstock, and applied the new decals. Being the noobe that he is, he actually thought he did a good job and when he was showing it off to a friend while driving to a barn dance, he accidently dropped it out of the truck onto the gravel road. When he was inspecting the damage he realized..."wow, it looks reliced. Now I can sell it for a lot of money. To impress my friends/prospective buyers (none of whom are over 19 years old) and to be able to charge even more money, I'll call it a '60th anniversary'. None of them are smart enough to know any different anyway."
