I haven't played through any, but I've seen the THD Univalve and Bivalve amps in person - and was VERY impressed with build quality.
The Univalve is really cool because you can use a Wide variety of preamp and power amp tubes... mix, match, find your tone. If I had the money, I'd be all over one.
