dunno, who they are. haha. maybe suggest a genre or a really popular band? specific songs help a lot by the way

ah i see... Hmm, i dont know, i dont play chugga chugga metal too often ( rarely ever ). other people should help out, im stupid.

Might I reccomend the MXR Double Shot. It has 2 disticntly voiced channels. The top channel will give more of the classic rock to heavy metal tones while the bottom is voiced similar to the Dimebag Distortion which is limited to that chugga-chugga. I dont play that music, so, the gain on the bottom channel has been rolled off and I use it as a overdrive rather than distortion. Not a bad price for 2 pedals in one space. It comes with its own power supply, as well. Might consider coming off mine, PM if you're interested.

ive heard not so good things about the MXR double shot, but youll have to try it for yourself. The boss metal distortion pedal could do that for you. and if you have the money, a line6 DM4 distortion modeler is very nice, i think they just had a price drop too. they will give you all kinds of distortions.

Check out ANY high gain Boss box...most of them will do that, some of them will ONLY do that. I belive that there is a Mega Distortion in the trading post, and I belive it is being sold by Flank...I bought a pickup from flank, he was a pleasure to deal with!!!

not just you...I have had NO luck with any of their stuff except the old whammy, and I would never pay the insane prices the old ones bring...but I got a sweet deal!

another vote for the morpheus. Built in noise gate, too.
I personally don't like the MT2, but I believe Keeley does a mod that makes it useable. Search google for Keeley metal zone and you should find his site.
