The Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay

Re: The Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay

If it's any consolation I got hit for more than double that on the coldest week of the year last year. Awesome way to kick off the year!

I can’t even comprehend how a heating system can be more than $14,000. Is it geothermal with its own gas well backup?

My house has multiple units and was using the old inert standard so some of the pipes to the compressors had to be replaced too -I bought a higher SEER rated units too plus the remote/bluetooth/wifi integration etc etc.

I travel 3/4 of the year so keeping my guitars, piano, recording equipment and other things climate controlled is important and remote status was important

I’m late to the conversation so maybe I missed something but is part of the deluxe functionality of the Carbon Copy a heating system?

Now you are totally caught up -Carbon Copy Deluxe with climate control are the cost of a car.

Re: The Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay

Same concept as the old seymour duncan deja vu delay?
Those were pretty good. Ive still got one in a box. I always wished it had a tone control for the repeats tho. Maybe a little too clean.
Also there is the way huge supa puss. Contol over everything in there. Good units too. Had one. Sold it.
Perhaps i just found that tap tempo wasnt for me. Cant explain why exactly. Everything just ended up sounding like the edge or something.
Carbon copies in their stock form are cool but they darken everything including the initial note. Good for some folks but not for me.
My fave analog delay is the boss waza one.
All the above pedals are cool tho. It is all about what works best for the individual.

I think it’s a great delay. I was surprised it was discontinued rather than updated. The digital / analog blend, the inserts, really awesome.

You could EQ the repeats through the insert.

Re: The Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay

I dug the Deja Vu too. I think it was 'updated' by splitting it in 2: the Vapor Trail for analog and the insert jack, and the Andromeda for the control and tap tempo.

Re: The Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay

Never thought of it that way.
