The Custom + Mahogany = Awesomeness

Installed the Custom in a mahogany Kramer Baretta, and boy does it sing. So good. I can see why most prefer this pickup in a Les Paul, or mahogany body guitars now. This may just be the perfect Duncan pickup.

The Custom WIND might just be the perfect WIND, because it is so versatile and works so well with any magnet, but I wouldn't say that the Custom (with ceramic mag) is the perfect "pickup".

I’ve got an se custom 24 that I’m always close to pulling the trigger on getting a custom (ah or tb5) for the bridge. I just have this gut feeling that that’s what it needs to be perfect.

My guitar with the Custom sounds similar to this when I roll down the volume to around 7.
