that bridge pickup in the peavey looks rediculous, yet very cool at the same time. What kind of pickup is in there? Love the collection!

Re: The Entire Collection (with pics)

I absolutely love the finish on that Warmoth LP "Braveheart." Of what wood is the neck made?

And, as always, that Warmoth Tele puts a smile on my face. Great, classy, telecaster.

Nice collection all around. They all look great.

Erm, you mean the TELE bridge that is on the TELE Peavey?

It's just that quad-rails pickup that completely throws you off man :9:

The neck back is wenge, with an ipe fingerboard.

As far as the Peavey goes, the bridge pick-up is stock. I've never taken it out, so I'm assuming it's something Peavey make themselves, but I'd stand to be corrected by anyone who knows for sure.

The blue Tele is one of the most beautiful guitars I've ever seen…for real.

I have to ask you this: How do you clean and polish your guitars? I want each of mine to gleam just like yours.

Beautiful piece --- I like the binding on the top between the laminate and the body.

The inlays and headstock are great too, not to mention the veneer is great looking!

I wouldn't actually say I did anything in particular. Sometimes I'll give them a bit of a wipe with a clean cloth to fetch any obvious dust or fingerprints off them, but that's it. With the gb-94, I didn't even do that, just took it out of the case, took the shots, and got back inside before I froze to death (not a warm day here). To be honest, unless there's something decidedly mucky about your axe, or it's been really battered, then images at this size are really not going to show much up at all. Daft as it sounds, I really don't have to do anything hugely complicated to get the shots looking the way I do.

Man, what are you thinkin' coverin' up that LP st6yle flame tope with a huge gaurdz?

Not of my doing that. Apparently, when Warmoth machined what they thought was going to be a very nice flame top, they discovered a flaw in the wood that would have made it a non-starter to use with the wood showing. The crushed steel finish is what they came up with to make it saleable, but still show off the flame that was good enough to go on show. I bought it from their Showcase as is, then went about speccing out what I wanted to go on it.

Re: The Entire Collection (with pics)

A rubbish collection. Pack in playing now and send them all to me for disposal. You'll feel much better for it! :D

PS, there was an early MSG with the trem on Ebay the other day...it was rubbish too...
