Lets see all your amps. together in the same picture please.

I just set all my heads up ( not counting my combos) up for your viewing pleasure. My 6505 isn't included cause thats a modern amp. I just need one more amp head and I'm done; an older dual recto with the Mark Xformers .

'66 Bassman recapped, '74 Hiwatt Hylite- just got all the fixins' for a recap, and soon to be done, 73 Pt.2 Pt. Superlead all original- needs recap, Traynor 71 YBA-1a MKII - recapped, and Sunn 71 100s, recapped but needs tube sockets replaced. On the far right is a recapped '78 grail MKII 100 watt Marshall recapped. recapped means ready to rock for 10+ years.

Here you see the big iron of Vintage Drake, Dynaco, Partridge, Schumacher, and Hammond transformers.

Re: The Herd

My "herd" not what it has been numbers-wise. But I'll put it up against all of the herds that have flowed through the man cave over the years. (Roland Cube 80XL and V30-loaded Line 6 4x12 not pictured.)

Re: The Herd

Joe is this before you downsized?

From '81 till now, I've owned around 85 amps. Years of buying stuff to use and buying stuff to flip, the number of amps that went through my hands was pretty amazing. I'm happy with what I ended up keeping, but I owned some sweet amps over the years. I'd love to have about 10 of them I ended up selling. Like these...

71 modded Marshall Superbass used on many big albums (Metallica, Cult, Enuff Z Nuff)
Brittone 50 boutique 68 Plexi clone
87 Marshall 2555 Jubilee, not the 2550 I still have.
3 Blues Pearl PtoP Fender clones
Fender Bassman 410 handwired
Risson ETA80 head
JMP-1/Mesa 295
92 Matchless DC-30 in gray. Would be worth a fortune now.
