The home pedal thingy.

Well I just took a picture of the pedals at home, some are at work right now, so only 17 units at home right now;)
The TS-10 by the way is not very standart by the way, neither are either Marshall pedals.
My Delayla XL is at work right now, together with my Memoryman.

Re: The home pedal thingy.

damn thats alot of pedals..... i bet you are a good dancer

Re: The home pedal thingy.

Wow, nice. To be honest, I've seen more. A guy I talk with in Canada has TONS that he has built, plus many more that still are unboxed.

What pedal is that Marshall? I don't remember seeing one like that. Is that a DIY job?

Well as said this is homestuff, my work is to build pedals...so...hehe
Which Marshall, there are three of them:D

The one next to the Red Repeat (I think that's what it says), or is it a Red Ranger. It has the Marshall style knobs on it and Marshall logo.

Being that you build pedals, I'm sure you've been over to diystompboxes.com then?

Re: The home pedal thingy.

That is my DRP-1 Direct record preamp, also modded, was kinda fizzy before the mods.
I work for Carl Martin, yes I have looked from time to time, some cool heads shows up.

Ah, ok. Thanks for clearing that up.

Without those folks I wouldn't be making my own and modding everything else. I think the pedal that I use regularly that is still stock is the MXR ZW-44. Everything else has been modded in some way. I don't have near as many as you do though.

Re: The home pedal thingy.

Sweet!! I only have two pedals right now- an MXR EVH Phase 90 and a Morley wah... I was trying to go all rack with the G-Force but am going to pickup a few more pedals in the future!

Re: The home pedal thingy.

great!! a pedal whore...

i want to ask u a question!

hmm ... which distortion/overdrive pedal is the best to use in front of the clean channel of an SS amp?

Yeah it is deeply funny to mod stuff and tweak away, and now we have amps as well to fool around with:D
Life is defently getting good here.

Yeah, exactly. I took my Boss CH-1 and did a ring modulator mod to it and a delay range mod. It sounds killer now. Before I got my ZW-44, I modded the daylights out of my SD-1, including an opamp change to a Burr Brown OPA2134. Much improved. I think modding my Crybaby was the most fun. I forget how many changes I did to it. That's how I started, just modding what I had. Now I've made a few others and designed a few of my own, well kinda. :)

Amps I stay away from. I'm not in to messing with high voltage devices yet. Although, I'd love to do some changes to my Crate GX-15, maybe add an effects loop as well. Just don't know where to start. Can't find any mod info on the net for those things.

Well that really depends on what sound you want and what amp it is!
Amps are fairly lowtech stuff, old proven stuff, there should be something, but yes the high voltage is a dangerous part.
Anyways we dabble alot with delays right now, and a going through the roof cascading overdrive.
Plus some modulating stuff:D
