I just got word of the kombicustom being finished. :smokin:

i did a good job on the finish, right? toot toot









I am happy the customer loves it and i think we did his daion ''first guitar'' justice.

Very Exceptional! It turned out Amazing! Reminds me of my second car. It was 1969 Type III Fast back that I had. It was slammed to the ground and and handled like a slot car. Nothing like going 110 with your butt 8" off the ground in an air cooled VW! Love the clear PG on that!

HAha i can imagine.

Yeah the owner is very happy with it. I have another guy who wants one done with pictures of his son on it..

Thanks, I didn't make the pg i had it made by pr hance guitars. the clear guard coupled with the graphics in the cavity really adds some depth and dimension to the design. Imo it works even better with a swimming pool route.

I definitely think it adds depth and dimension! Just curious, do you think a swimming pool route affects the tone? I've just always liked the pickups to be fully surrounded by the wood but I don't have experience between a specific route and the pool route.
