It beats me why people on this forum rave about guitar players that are famous and ignore our very own top-notch player (you).

I'll never fathom this 'fame' thing whereby someone mediocre becomes a hero.

Never mind, it was great playing (as usual). I rate you in the same league as Beck and Clapton, I really do.

Uh....well maybe not like Beck or Clapton, but I do my own thing..hehe
But we have plenty of very good players here, Gunner, GoMano, Marin, Jolly, VHoholic and quite a few more......who has their thing going, I am just honoured to be here and post my strange clips :smack: :laugh2:
But thanks for the kind words, mostly I just think that I am a hack that is trying to get by :burnout: :friday:

Very nice Rid. Beautiful tone. Beck should have used some more edgy tone like this on his studio version. I like the trippy flanged "gilmourized" part beginning at 2:35. Where do you get the backing tracks for this (and other) tunes?

Thanks for the backtrack sources. I'll check them out later today. I guess I have to get out more often. My guitar-related forum experience is pretty much limited to SD. Time to do a little exploration on the web (in my spare time which is running shorter and shorter) :smack:

Yeah time is the sometimes cruxial factor, I do not have time to get a band together, so clips is what keeps me in shape.
