The size of lipstick pickups

Was simply wondering weather lipstick pickups (such as the ones found in the necks of telecasters) were the same size as and could be replaced with a single coil. (And therefore a single coil size humbucker).

The pickups in the neck of a Telecaster aren't lipstick p'ups. But to answer your question, no they are not the same size as Strat single coils, but SD does make a Tele sized neck position Hot Rails.

Oh okay I didn't know That, thanks. So nothing standard like a little 59 Will fit?

Nope, but you can get a Custom pickguard that'll fit a Lil' 59.

I meant that Tele neck and Strat single coils aren't the same size. I didn't know that lipsticks and Strats weren't the same size.
